Passengers traveling from Holbox Island should take an earlier ferry and arrive at the meeting point with enough time before the 8:30 AM departure. Reservation Policy – HolboxKin Transfer Shared Shuttle 1. Reservations • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Once confirmed, you will receive your shuttle details by email. 2. Payments • Full payment or the deposit shown on our website is required to confirm your reservation. • Prices are in MXN and charged per passenger according to the selected route. • Credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods are accepted. 3. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure are eligible for a 70% refund. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, missed departures and no-shows are non-refundable. 4. Changes • Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before departure and are subject to availability. • Shared shuttle departure times are fixed and cannot be changed individually. 5. Fixed Departure Times • Shared shuttles operate on fixed schedules and cannot wait for delayed flights, ferries or late passengers. • A maximum courtesy period of 10 minutes may be allowed after departure time, subject to operational conditions. • Passengers who do not reach the meeting point on time may be considered a no-show. • Missed departures caused by flight delays, immigration, baggage claim, ferry delays, traffic or late arrival are non-refundable. • Passengers must allow enough time to reach the meeting point before departure. 6. Responsibility • HolboxKin Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, ferry delays or situations beyond our control. • Passengers are responsible for arriving on time and for their personal belongings.
