Tu transporte sale de la Terminal 2 del Aeropuerto de Cancún a las 3:00 p. m. y se dirige directamente a Chiquilá, el puerto de ferris hacia la isla de Holbox. Por favor, llega al punto de encuentro con antelación. El servicio de transporte finaliza en Chiquilá; los boletos del ferry a la isla de Holbox no están incluidos. Reservation Policy – HolboxKin Transfer Shared Shuttle 1. Reservations • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Once confirmed, you will receive your shuttle details by email. 2. Payments • Full payment or the deposit shown on our website is required to confirm your reservation. • Prices are in MXN and charged per passenger according to the selected route. • Credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods are accepted. 3. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure are eligible for a 70% refund. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, missed departures and no-shows are non-refundable. 4. Changes • Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before departure and are subject to availability. • Shared shuttle departure times are fixed and cannot be changed individually. 5. Fixed Departure Times • Shared shuttles operate on fixed schedules and cannot wait for delayed flights, ferries or late passengers. • A maximum courtesy period of 10 minutes may be allowed after departure time, subject to operational conditions. • Passengers who do not reach the meeting point on time may be considered a no-show. • Missed departures caused by flight delays, immigration, baggage claim, ferry delays, traffic or late arrival are non-refundable. • Passengers must allow enough time to reach the meeting point before departure. 6. Responsibility • HolboxKin Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, ferry delays or situations beyond our control. • Passengers are responsible for arriving on time and for their personal belongings. Meeting Points – Cancun Airport Terminal 4: Welcome Bar Terminal 3: Margaritaville Bar Terminal 2 National: Welcome Bar Meeting points are located in the pre-arranged transportation area. If you cannot locate your meeting point, contact us immediately using the number provided in your confirmation. For Chiquilá departures, arrive at the meeting point indicated in your confirmation before the scheduled departure time.
