• Reservation Policy – HolboxKin Transfer 1. Reservations •All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. •Reservations can be made directly on our website, by email, or through our official contact channels. •Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your transfer. 2. Payments •To confirm your reservation, full payment or a pre-established deposit on the website is required. •If the payment is made as a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver on the day of arrival, either in cash or by credit/debit card. •We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. •Prices are expressed in MXN and may vary depending on the number of passengers. •Payments made in foreign currency (USD) are subject to the exchange rate in effect on the payment date as applied by financial intermediaries. 3. Cancellations and Refunds •Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 70% refund, depending on the payment made (deposit or full payment). •Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund. •Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show are non-refundable. 4. Reservation Changes •Changes (such as flight details, schedule, or number of passengers) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. •We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. 5. Delays and Flight Monitoring •We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pick-up times in case of delays. •If your flight is delayed, there will be no extra charge for waiting. •In case of flight cancellation, you must contact us immediately to reschedule the service, subject to schedule availability. 6. Responsibility •HolboxKin Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations beyond our control. •Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the transfer.
